Holiday Shores home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Holiday Shores fell by $900 while total sales decreased by 20.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $165,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Holiday Shores in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Holiday Shores for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,913, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
