Summerfield home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Summerfield rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 102.9% increase over the $34,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Summerfield in 2016.
