Holiday Shores home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Holiday Shores rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $149,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Holiday Shores in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Holiday Shores for 2017 was $3,913. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,456. This marks an increase of 13.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
