Dorsey home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Dorsey fell by $131,450 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,250 - a 44% decrease over the $298,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dorsey in July 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Dorsey for 2017 was $3,207. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,813. This marks an increase of 14%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
