Collinsville (Madison County) home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Collinsville in Madison County rose by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $108,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Collinsville in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Collinsville for 2017 was $2,262. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,361. This marks an decrease of 4.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
