Rosewood Heights home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Rosewood Heights fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,500 - a 4.1% decrease over the $98,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Rosewood Heights in November 2016.
