Troy home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Troy fell by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Troy in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Troy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,873, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
