Holiday Shores home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Holiday Shores fell by $4,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 2.5% decrease over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Holiday Shores in December 2017.
