Lebanon home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Lebanon rose by $4,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,750 - a 2.6% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lebanon in January 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
