Lebanon home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Lebanon rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,500 - a 12.7% increase over the $96,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Lebanon in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
