Shiloh home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Shiloh rose by $10,100 while total sales increased by 12.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 217 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Shiloh in 2018.
