Fairmont City (St. Clair County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Fairmont City in St. Clair County fell by $11,449 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.
