Collinsville (St. Clair County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Collinsville in St. Clair County rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 56.8% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Collinsville in the third quarter of 2018.
