Collinsville (Madison County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Collinsville in Madison County fell by $83,625 while total sales decreased by 98.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,875 - a 73.7% decrease over the $113,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Collinsville in the third quarter of 2018.
