Lebanon home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Lebanon fell by $191,000 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $53,000 - a 78.3% decrease over the $244,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lebanon in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,860, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
