Dupo home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Dupo fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,750 - a 13% decrease over the $96,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dupo in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Dupo for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,071, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
