O'Fallon home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in O'Fallon fell by $600 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,400 - a 0.3% decrease over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in O'Fallon in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in O'Fallon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,249, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
