a. Ordinance No. 7778. An ordinance adopting the great streets planning initiative as a supplement to the 2003 Comprehensive Plan. (ADOPT – ROLL CALL)

b. Ordinance No. 7779. An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 6260 which established handicapped parking space in front of 456 Bluff Street. (ADOPT – ROLL CALL)

b. Resolution, re: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to apply to the EDA Economic Adjustment Assistance program and to execute any necessary agreements to effectuate the grant funding upon successful award.

c. Resolution, re: That the attached Amendment to Ordinance No. 7757 be considered.

d. First Amendment to Ordinance No. 7757. An Ordinance making an annual appropriation for the City of Alton, in the County of Madison, State of Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2020 and ending March 31, 2021.
