The four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1005 Windsor Court, Edwardsville was sold on Aug. 31 by Michael and Karen Menendez for $555,000. The buyers were Darren W and Jenell A. Wright.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $10,153.80, 1.83% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in Edwardsville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael C. Menendez has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Karen E. Menendez has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
