On March 31, David Andrew and Audrie Leanne Meadows purchased a one bedroom, 0.5 bathroom home at 111 Airline Drive E., Rosewood Heights from Craig Stark for $204,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,379.32, 1.66% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, two properties sold in Rosewood Heights.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Craig Alan Stark has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 111 Airline Drive E. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary R. Jacobs, 88, and Craig Alan Stark, 37.
