The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,579.52, 1.91% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 15, 2019 for $212,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Highland in March 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 260 Brentmoor Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary H Gianino, 71, and Michael W Gianino, 71.
