112 Hollyhock Lane, Edwardsville acquired by Keith Byler (living trust)

On Jan. 29, Keith Byler (living trust) purchased a one bedroom, 0.5 bathroom home at 112 Hollyhock Lane, Edwardsville from Kenneth G. and Faye E. Nelson for $310,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $6,027.28, 1.94% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2021, eight properties sold in Edwardsville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Faye E. Nelson has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 112 Hollyhock Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Faye E. Nelson, 75, and Alysa Derby Smith, 27.
