The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,251.10, 0.78% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Brighton as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Betty J. Werts (97) has been registered to vote since 1948 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
