On Feb. 28, Ruth Ann Ernst purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 34 Korte Drive, Highland from Retko Group LLC for $157,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $3,908.88, which is 2.49% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Highland as of this publication.
