Home prices increased in Caseyville during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Caseyville rose by $13,675 while total sales remained unchanged with 28 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,500 - a 15.2 percent increase over the $89,825 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Caseyville in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
