First half of 2022: Home prices in Shiloh increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Shiloh rose by $46,000 while total sales increased by 9.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 20.1 percent increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Shiloh in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Shiloh for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,188, approximately 1.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
