What happened to the median home price in Freeburg during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Freeburg rose by $15,100 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 9.7 percent increase over the $154,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Freeburg in the first half of 2021.
