Pricing for the median home in St. Libory increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in St. Libory rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 100 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 20.4 percent increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in St. Libory in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in St. Libory for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,273, approximately 1.4 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
