Lebanon home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lebanon rose by $10,750 while total sales increased by 28.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,500 - a 7.2 percent increase over the $148,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Lebanon in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,939, approximately 1.8 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
