2.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Department of the Army for the Bank Stabilization Project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

2.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Joint Funding Agreement for Federally Funded Construction for the Hartman Lane & Central Park Intersection Improvements Project.

2.4 Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to execute an IDOT Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Geotechnology, Inc., for the Hartman Lane and Central Park Drive Intersection Improvements Project in an amount of $22,000.00.

2.5 Resolution Authorizing the City Clerk to execute an IDOT Resolution Form BLR 09110 approving use of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds in the amount of $2,217,000.00 for the Hartman Lane and Central Park Drive Intersection Improvements Project Section Number 18-00072-00-PV.

2.6 Resolution authorizing the purchase of right-of-way and easements for the Hartman Lane and Central Park Drive Intersection Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $170,000.00.
