The Building and Development Committee for the Village of Glen Carbon, Illinois has released its agenda for the upcoming meeting, which will take place December 7 at 6 p.m. in the Glen Carbon Village Upper Level Conference Room at 151 N. Main Street.
There are two important new business issues. First, the committee will have a discussion and make a recommendation regarding a preliminary and final plat for Maribel Meadows. The Maribel Meadows subdivision is located off of Glen Crossing Road. The committee will then discuss the hiring of an economic development intern and make a recommendation.
Citizens can address the committee at the start of the meeting. The committee will also cover a building and zoning administrator report.
