The Planning and Zoning Commission for the village of Godfrey recently convened for a public hearing.
Mike Barton of Godfrey Storage Company LLC asked for a 15-foot variance from the required 20-foot rear yard setback at the property located at 5123 W. Delmar.
The meeting took place at Village Hall, which is located at 6810 Godfrey Road.
