The Madison County Zoning Board of Appeals gathered April 7 to meet in the Office of the Madison County Planning and Development Department and proceed to the sites of the scheduled public hearings.

The board also heard the petitions of Vera Henschen, Francis and Gloria Jancek, Partners for Pets Humane Society, Danielle Gagne, Phillip Dean and Joshua Byrne.
