Community Relations Commission Meeting Notice
The Community Relations Commission of the City of Alton will meet on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 E. Third Street, Alton, Illinois for the purpose of discussing, and taking appropriate action on, the following items:
Agenda
1) Call to Order
2) Roll Call
3) Approval of Previous Minutes
4) Reviewing and Adopting Calls to Action
5) Upcoming Events/Updates
6) New/Other Business
7) Appointment of New Officers
8) Comments from the Public
A person desiring to address the Commission at any regular meeting shall be limited to one five (5) minute presentation and the presiding officer of the meeting shall advise the person desiring to address the Commission of the time limitation and shall require strict compliance.
9) Adjourn
If prospective attendees require an interpreter or other access accommodation needs, please contact the Alton City Clerk’s Office at 618-463-3522 no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting to arrange the accommodation.
