The Community Relations Commission of the City of Alton will meet on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at
5:30 pm in City Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 E. Third Street, Alton, Illinois for the purpose of
discussing, and taking appropriate action on, the following items:

4) Reviewing and Adopting Calls to Action

? Implicit Bias Training, Racial Equity Projects
? Building Trust Between the Community and Police Department

A person desiring to address the Commission at any regular meeting shall be limited to one five (5)
minute presentation and the presiding officer of the meeting shall advise the person desiring to
address the Commission of the time limitation and shall require strict compliance.
