3. Request for Use of County Property

Madison County Wives, in partnership with the Madison County Sheriff’s

department, has requested the use of the Administration Building large parking lot for a

Trunk or Treat event to be held October 22, 2016

AJ French requests the use of the Wood River front lawn (flagpole area) for a

‘Prayer Gathering and Restoration Rally’. The space used will have areas with Prayer

stations to be set up. The nature of the event will be lifting individuals up in prayer and

rallying for the restoration of Brad Lavite’s civil rights. There will be 20+ participants

and the day requested is September 16th from 8:30am – 10:30pm
