Motion by Williams, second by Elliott to go into Closed Session. All Voted Yes. Motion

Motion by Williams, second by Simpson to come out of closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion

Motion by Williams, second by Davis to give the Attorney’s the authority to settle cases
discussed in closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Davis to Adjourn the Insurance & Safety Committee Meeting.
All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
