The city of Edwardsville Plan Commission met Oct. 17 to host a conceptual workshop.
Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the commission:
"The Plan Commission has the responsibility to prepare and recommend to Council a comprehensive plan for the present and future development of the City; to recommend changes, from time to time, in the Official Comprehensive Plan; to prepare and recommend to Council, from time to time, plans for specific improvements in pursuance of the Official Comprehensive Plan; to receive, consider and, in its discretion, make recommendations to the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding any pending applications for variances, special uses or proposed amendments to the zoning code"
