The Community Relations Commission of the City of Alton will meet on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 5:30 pm at Scott Bibb Center 1004 E. 5th St., Alton, Illinois for the purpose of discussing, and taking appropriate action on, the following items:

2) Roll Call
3) Approval of Previous Minutes
4) Reviewing and Adopting Calls to Action
Community Resource Guide
Implicit Bias Training, Racial Equity Projects
Building Trust Between the Community and Police Department
5) Upcoming Events/Updates
6) New/Other Business
7) Review nominations and vote on Citizen/Youth/Business/Public Servant of the Year
8) Review and approve year end report

A person desiring to address the Commission at any regular meeting shall be limited to one five (5) minute presentation and the presiding officer of the meeting shall advise the person desiring to address the Commission of the time limitation and shall require strict compliance.
