Edwardsville Public Services Committee codifies ordinances

The city of Edwardsville Public Services Committee met Tuesday to codify ordinances.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the committee:

The Edwardsville Public Services Committee oversees all matters pertaining to streets, alleys, public lighting, recycling center, trash collection, waterworks and sewerage systems, and the Public Works Office.

C. Approval of Supplemental Resolution for Improvement by Municipality under the Illinois Highway

Code (West Schwarz Street)

D. Approval of Construction Engineering Services with Oates Associates Inc. for the Schwarz Street

Reconstruction Contract in the estimated amount of $82,200.00.

E. Approval of the Resolution Approving the Preliminary Plat for Stone Cliff Manor Phase II

Subdivision

F. Approval of Change Order #2 to Baxmeyer Construction Inc., in the increased amount of

$294,473.00

G. Approval of An Ordinance Amending Chapter 122 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of

Edwardsville (Weeds – Nuisance, removal notices, citations, etc.)

H. Approval of An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Section 114-302 of the Codified Ordinances of
