Alderman Williams called the Insurance & Safety Committee Meeting to order.
Williams stated that to night up for approval is an Ordinance for Public Safety Personnel to solicit for charities on public streets.
Motion by Williams, second by Davis to approve the Ordinance for Public Safety Personnel to solicit for charities on public streets. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Simpson to go into closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Simpson to come out of closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Simpson to give the Attorney authority to settle file #750.
Mayor stated that the city has no pumps to turn on when we get rain we don’t turn off any pumps every, the pumps are all own all the time. We will be addressing other areas that hold water when it rains. We are crossing Maryville road crossing over to Riviera and Nassau to finish up that area. We also have an issue in West Granite, that we will be addressing and we will be adding some more man holes on 22nd, Street.
Motion by Williams, second by Davis to adjourn the Insurance & Safety Committee Meeting. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
