Alton Haskell Playhouse Committee met July 7.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Members present: Doug Bader, Carolyn Dooley, Mike Doucleff, Margaret Hopkins. Michael
Haynes was not in attendance.
Chairmen Bader called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.
Minutes of the May 19, 2017 meeting were reviewed. A motion to accept as presented was made by Carolyn Dooley, seconded by Mike Doucleff, motion passed.
New Business: Payment of invoice
1. Invoice from Rick Trudell for materials and labor for replacement of cedar shake shingles for the north and south side of the playhouse. Materials in the amount of $647.10 and labor (40hrs @$25 per hour) for $1000.00 for a total of $1647.10. Motion was made by Mike Doucleff to approve this payment, second by Carolyn Dooley and the was motion passed.
Old Business:
The minutes of the May 19,2017 reflected approval of a payment to Rick Trudell for a total of $249.32. Two invoices were submitted in the amounts of $43.04 and $86.08 totaling $129.12. The invoice approved but not submitted for $120.20 was not paid. Total invoice paid to Rick Trudell from that May meeting was $129.12.
There being no further business, motion to adjourn was made by Mike Doucleff , second by Carolyn Dooley. Meeting adjourned at 8:17 a.m.
