City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met July 26.

Present: Aldermen Craig Louer, Chairman, Chris Farrar, Jack Burns and Dennis W. McCracken City Clerk/Collector.
Also Present: Tim Harr, City Administrator, Walter Williams, Economic Community Development Director, Jeff Berkbigler, City Attorney, SJ Morrison, Alderman Ward 4, Eric Little, IMLRMA, Paul Abert, USTA Pro Circuit and David Lipe, USTA Pro Circuit.
Quorum present, Chairman Louer called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. No public comments made.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Farrar, to approve Finance Committee minutes from July 11, 2017. Motion Carried with Louer, Farrar and Burns votingaye.
information: Group Health Insurance Fund Report to be announced at the Tuesday, August 01, 2017 Council meeting.

Claims in the amount of $1,397,490.27 will be available for review. Forwarded to Council for approval on Tuesday, August 01, 2017.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Farrar, to hold the Resolution Relating to Participation by Elected Officials in The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. Motion Carried with Louer, Farrar and Burns voting aye.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Farrar, to approve and forward to Council a Tourism Fund Request for the "USTA Pro Circuit" not to exceed $8,000.00 for fiscal year 2017-2018.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Farrar, to amend and forward to Council a Tourism Fund Request for the "USTA Pro Circuit" not to exceed $6,500.00 for fiscal year 2017-2018. Motion Carried with Louer, Farrar and Burns votingaye.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Risavy, to approve and forward to Council a Resolution approving the IMLRMA (Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association) Intergovernmental Cooperation Contract. Motion Carried with louer, Farrar and Burns voting aye.
2015, 2016 & 2017 MLRMA minimum/maximum performance was received for information and file.
Walter Williams, Economic Community Development Director provided the following update regarding the Madison County intergovernmental Agreement in reference to the Plum Street property that was approved. Also, the 400 N. Main Street RFP response.
Finance Committee will meet on Tuesday, August 08, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. in the Governor Edwards Conference Room.
