Cahokia graduate Shayeen Edwards had 127 rushing yards, one touchdown run, 27 rush attempts, eight receiving yards and two receptions in McKendree Bearcats football's 28-7 loss Sept. 30 to the Southwest Baptist Bearcats at Leemon Field.

Edwards is a 5-8, 180 pound senior running back from East St. Louis.
