The Haskell Playhouse Committee met on Friday, January 19, 2018 in the City Council Chambers of the Alton City Hall.
Members present:
Doug Bader, Carolyn Dooley, Mike Doucleff, Margaret Hopkins. Michael Haynes was unable to attend.
Chairman Bader called the meeting to order at 7:58 a.m.
Minutes of the September 27, 2017 meeting were reviewed. A motion to accept was presented by Mike Doucleff, seconded by Carolyn Dooley and motion passed.
New Business:
Payment of Invoice from SnM Works LLC for yearly website oversight and maintenance and for the development of a new page on our website. The yearly fee is $240.00 and $60 for the extra page development. Discussion and explanation regarding this fee ensued.it is believed that the payment of the fee is warranted as funds deposited in the account are generated through our website. Total amount requested is $300.00. A motion was made by Mike Doucleff to pay this invoice, seconded by Carolyn Dooley and motion passed.
No further business was presented and a motion to adjourn was made by Mike Doucleff, second by Carolyn Dooley. Chairman Bader adjourned the meeting at 8:15 a.m.
