A. Approval of Minutes from the Public Services Committee meeting of November 28, 2017:
Alderman Burns made a motion to recommend Approval of the Minutes from the Public Services Committee meeting of November 28, 2017. Alderman Louer seconded the motion. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for information.
B. A Resolution Authorizing an Amendment to the Timberlake Village Planned Unit Development :
Ryan Zwijack explained this is the second amendment to the Timberlake Village PUD. Lot 3 will be split off and made into a separate lot, with parking setbacks in Lot 3 changed from 20 feet to five feet along the northern property line to accommodate parking for Lot 3. A Cross Access Easement has been added to the northeast corner to allow the installation of a vehicular access aisle. Alderman Louer made a motion for Approval of a Resolution Authorizing an Amendment to the Timberlake Village Planned Unit Development. Alderman Burns seconded. All Ayes. Forwarded to ACS for approval.
C. Approval of Change Order #1 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration System Air Header Replacement to Loellke Plumbing Inc., in the increased amount of $16,625 :
Ryan Zwijack explained that an issue was discovered while installing the air header pipe. This change would allow the contractor to install a modified l-beam supports for the air header piping. This will allow construction to continue and provide a safe solution for the installation of the new header. Alderman Burns made a motion for Approval of Change Order #1 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration System Air Header Replacement to Loellke Plumbing Inc. in the increased amount of $16,625. Alderman Louer seconded. AIL Ayes. Forwarded to Council for approval.
D. An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Section 114-302 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville- Parking Prohibited at all times (Pending recommendation from Public Safety Committee):
This ordinance prohibits parking on the north side of Magnolia Street and a portion of the south side due to safety concerns for emergency vehicle access. Alderman Louer made a motion for Approval of An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Section 114-302 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville-Parking Prohibited at all times (Pending recommendation from Public Safety Committee). Alderman Burns seconded. All Ayes. Forwarded to ACS for approval.

V. Information for Council Agenda:
A. South Buchanan Street Reconstruction Change Order:
David Sirko explained several change orders for extra work that the contractor needed to complete as part of the South Buchanan street reconstruction. These are for smaller additions to the contract to account for unforeseen conditions that arose during construction.
B. Next Public Services Committee meeting will be held in the Governor Edwards Conference Room (Committee Room) of the City Hall Building on December 27, 2017 at 4:30 pm.
