Sen. Kyle McCarter (R-Lebanon) had many introductions to make in the Senate recently.
McCarter introduced two groups of young emerging leaders from his district – the Future Farmers of America (FAA) from Sandoval and South Central High School in the Senate on April 11.
“I have five young (people) behind me as well their teacher from their government class, Mr. Kurt Peterson,” McCarter said.

After naming the students, McCarter relayed a special message that he told the group.
“I told them any of them can have my job if they like in some future time because I believe they are capable; and if you care about the people you represent, you will do a great job,” McCarter said before asking the Senate to give them all a warm Springfield welcome.
