Village of Glen Carbon issued the following announcement on May 14.
Phase 1 construction will close Old Troy Road to through traffic from Mont Road to Glen Crossing Road, through Labor Day.
Upon completion of the intersection of Mont Road and Old Troy Road, Mont Road will be open to through traffic. Prior to completion of Phase 1, the Village will provide information on the next phase of construction.
We ask that all motoring public exercise caution in the area. Proper traffic control will be implemented and a separate notification will be generated for residents and businesses in the area.
