Village of Bethalto issued the following announcement on May 14.
The Bethalto Splash Pad will open May 25 at 1 p.m. The Splash Pad will be open daily from 1-7 p.m. through August 12.
Cost is $1 for Bethalto residents and $2 for nonresidents, but the Grand Opening is free to all visitors.
Private parties will be available for reservation from 9-11 a.m. or 7-9 p.m.
