South 2nd Street from south side of West Washington to north side of
West Monroe (including cross streets). City services requested: "no
parking" signs, barricades, clean-up of parade route and Police and
Street Department personnel.

Request from the Southwestern Illinois Central Labor Council to hold
the Annual Labor Day Picnic, September 3, 2018, 10:00am to 4:00pm
at Hough Park. City services requested: picnic tables, water, electric,
